The 9th Ordinary Council Meeting will be served as the Annual Debate 2013. On behalf of the Union Council, all Union Full Member will be invited to the Annual Debate.  The motion of this Annual Debate is "The maximum intake of non-local applicants to HKU should be reduced /香港大學收生應調低非本地生限額".
