The Annual Debate serves the purpose of providing a platform for Union Members to
understand the running of Council Meetings, and to provide a chance for Members to
voice their opinions directly to the Union.
The shortage in the vacancy of university places has long been an issue in Hong Kong.
Heated debates on the quota allocated for non-JUPAS and non-local students for a very
long period of time. This year, the Union Council will be debating on this topic. Apart
from Councillors, representatives from the University will also be invited to the debate.
It will be the greatest honor and pleasure to invite all Union Members to participate in
the Annual Debate.
周年辯論為會員提供一個平台認識評議會會議進程及機會發表對學生會的意見。在多年
前已有不少聲音指出香港大學學位短缺，社會上一直熱烈討論非聯招及聯招學位的配額
應如何分配。評議會本年邀請大學代表參與本次有關學額分配的辯論，並藉此誠邀各位
會員抽空出席會議及共議辯題。
